Jovita Neliupsiene was appointed as Vice-Minister of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania in December 2020. Prior this position, Jovita Neliupsiene was the Chancellor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2015 – 2020 she served as Ambassador at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Lithuania to the EU. In 2009, she was appointed Adviser to the President of Lithuania and, later, Chief Adviser on Foreign Policy Issues. Jovita Neliupsiene has also served at the Embassy in Minsk and worked at the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania. She holds a PhD degree in Political Sciences from IIRPS of Vilnius University.
