Head of UKRAINIAN CLUSTER ALLIANCE / CEO, ASSOCIATION OF INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION OF UKRAINE

56 year old, graduated from Kyyiv polytechnical institute (1998)  and Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (2003). He’s experienced business developer, having 25+ years experience working in Industrial Automation, Engineering & OEM markets, incl. international and domestic markets. Last 10 years, Alexandre dedicated to the development of Civic business organizations in Ukraine.

The Association of Industrial Automation of Ukraine (APPAU, 2011) unites 55 members from all categories of industrial actors. We coordinate the local movement  ‘Industry 4.0 in Ukraine’ (300+ members) and its respective National strategy, where we have done 10+ projects in digitalization, innovation, clusterization and standardization of industries. APPAU is co-organizer of the national platform Industry4Ukraine oriented to GR with 30+ business associations. I am the initiator and the leader of majority of mentioned activities.

Ukrainian Cluster Alliance (UCA, 2022) unites 34 Ukrainian industrial clusters and cluster organizations. UCA is the first cluster association in Ukraine committed for the development of the clusters at the national level. The UCA mission is to accelerate the clusterization of Ukraine’s economy, make it more integrated into international value chains and more innovative. During war times in Ukraine, UCA focuses on the resilience of value / supply chain in critical industries (food, drug, clothes and infrastructure).

Alexandre Yurchak works as leader of both mentioned organization. He contributes as the strategist and policy maker, producing strategic orientations to Ukrainian business communities in industrial and industrial hi-tech segments.
